Office Management/Staff Officer
Clearance:
Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a polygraph level clearance after hire.

31 January 2024 - 30 July 2024
Position Overview:
Supports customer with administrative functions and business management.
Responsibilities
Tracks correspondence for the Front office from staff with respect to read ahead books and other deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Tracks the engagement calendar entries to ensure that all levels of engagement are identified, especially any engagements that require Senior level participation.
Schedules and facilitates the Division All hands in coordination with Division level management.
Facilitates the New Employee Orientation in coordination with management.
Schedules, facilitates, and crafts meeting minutes for: Sync meetings, Country Team Fora, and the All-hands in coordination with Division level management.
Assists leadership in maximizing organizational efficiency of desk officers.
Facilitates internal meetings which allow the workforce to come together and discuss what is working and not working within the Directorate.
Schedules and facilitates stakeholder meetings for country strategies.
Required Qualifications
Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a polygraph level clearance after hire.
Support a typical daily schedule of 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within a related field. 7-10 years preferred.
Demonstrated experience in administrative management and support.
Demonstrated experience drafting agendas, meeting minutes, and coordinating with senior executive support staff to ensure the execution of deadlines and deliverables.
Demonstrated experience in tracking internal and external taskings.
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated experience organizing, coordinating, and facilitating senior level meetings to include New Employee Orientation, internal and external outreach activities, and quarterly all hands.
Demonstrated experience in compiling, editing, and organizing office communications such as a Weekly Action Report (WAR), office weekly communiques, input for “WHILE YOU WERE OUT” deliverables for office leadership.
