Trusts & Estates Litigation Attorney

Ascension Global Staffing and Executive Search is seeking an exceptional Attorney or Counsel to join our client's Estates and Trusts Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with civil litigation in California. A substantial background in trust/estate litigation, trust/estate administration and/or tax, with some trial experience, are strongly desired. Experience working within the Relativity software system is also a plus. A strong academic background and excellent research and writing skills are essential. Must be admitted to practice in California. This position is open to both our Los Angeles and Orange County offices. The anticipated pay range for this role is $195,000 - $240,000.Company Information
