We can share more details with candidates who go through our interview process.What would you be doing?You will have a unique opportunity to join a quickly grown sales team. We are scaling due to the market demand and a landslide of inbound leads. Your role would include helping shape how we impact customers at scale, with a voice in creating the best outcome for yourself, for the team, and for Latch.Turn inbound demand into happy Latch customersManage our sales pipeline and improve our sales processesShare insights from prospects to support our product development processProactively execute outbound strategiesLatch might be a good fit for you if:You have consistently exceeded monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targetsYou can communicate value-based impact for our prospects and customersYou can handle a large amount of deals, are highly organized, and take coaching wellYou excel at navigating ambiguity and adapting to a highly changing environmentYou have a "do what it takes" attitude.
