Performance Marketing Manager

Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a talented and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive best-in-class online engagement for our customers worldwide. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive growth, acquire new customers, and increase revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the brand, creative, analytics, and agency partner teams, to create and manage data-driven campaigns that achieve our business objectives. Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive growth, acquire new customers, and increase revenue. Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and manage data-driven campaigns. Manage the development of global and regional campaigns. Communicate strategy, plan, and progress, providing performance updates to internal teams and stakeholders. Drive the launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs. Manage workflow for cross-departmental projects, including tactical deliverables related to campaigns. Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling creatives. Ensure appropriate tracking is in place with Analytics and agency partners. Share funnel conversion improvement ideas and feedback with leadership. Support test and learn activities, including A/B testing and other experimentation methods. Participate in developing media briefs in conjunction with brand and leadership. Serve as the central point of contact for additional business lines as the company grows. Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights. Continuously review and optimize campaigns based on performance data. Collaborate with design teams to enhance landing page and website conversion rates. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape. Ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals. Qualifications

Proven experience (8+ years) as a performance media or marketing manager or a similar role. Proficiency with digital advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies. Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and strong presentation skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience with global markets and location-based businesses within travel/hospitality is highly desirable. About Us
