Develop and deploy AWS and vSphere infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and Chef.Develop and maintain a robust K8s-based development platform, addressing scalability challenges.Manage and optimize K8s clusters, focusing on upgrades, capacity planning, and governance.Improve Systems and Applications observability.Oversee FinOps for implemented solutions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with Peers, System Architects, Engineers, and Product Managers on ongoing migration to AWS and K8s platforms.Contribute to the knowledge base and share the learnings.Tools we use daily:
AWS, K8s, ArgoCD, GitLab, Terraform Enterprise, Splunk, Rancher, Wavefront, vSphere, Vault, and others.Required:
Bachelor’s degree.Expert in system build configuration automation.5+ years of Linux experience.5+ years of building and maintaining a SaaS platform.4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS.3+ years of experience with Containers and Kubernetes.3+ years of experience using Terraform.2+ years of experience with Ansible or Chef.Ability to program (structured and OO) with one or more high-level languages, such as Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript.Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence).Strong experience and proficiency in Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure.Must be passionate about automation.Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.Build and release automation tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Artifactory.Experience with implementing availability, security, and performance monitoring.Base compensation for this role is: $126,000.00 - $159,500.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay, this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible for long-term Incentive.
