Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Director/Principal Product Manager with a healthcare background who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment. You will own the strategy and execution of our Pre-Service and/or growing Post-Service product.
Responsibilities
Own the roadmap and execution both for customers and business clientsLead product discovery to find key business opportunitiesLeverage customer behavior data and solicit ideas to build a fully fleshed-out product backlogDefine success KPIs to measure and report progress on goalsCommunicate clearly and crisply with leadership stakeholdersWork with engineering and design teams to ensure that we build scalable solutionsWork with our sales and customer success teams to always check the pulse of the marketWork with support to ensure that we iterate and improve upon the product experience
Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS company and/or experience as a founder preferredPassion for solving challenging problems in healthcare, with a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare marketStrong product sense, analytical sense, and execution senseSelf-starter with a bias towards actionManaged a successful product from 0-1 or grew an existing product significantlyRelentlessly focused on customers’ needsDeep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsExceptional interpersonal communicationLocated in Los Angeles, California or willing to relocate as this role is on-site in our Santa Monica office
