We are open to remote candidates within the United States.What you'll doLead product development strategy for our Clinic-facing business (e.g. EHR software).Translate founders' and Chief Medical Officer’s product vision into product strategy and execution tactics.Define product planning processes, customer feedback loops, product discovery and prioritization.Drive product outcomes and metrics aligned with our business objectives.Manage a world-class product management team.Champion a customer-centric culture on your team and throughout the organization.Balance continuing to scale our post-PMF product with the development of new business lines.What we're looking for8+ years of experience in product management and 4+ years in managing PMs.Experience in building products in regulated industries.Worked in a venture-backed startup environment between Series A and C.SaaS experience, ideally SMB.Track record of bringing products to market that deliver user delight and revenue growth.Highly effective communication and presentation skills.Nice to haveHealthcare or healthcare IT experience.Passion for fixing our broken mental healthcare system.What we offerBuild something that actually moves the needle on mental healthcare.An all-star team that values diversity of thought and background.Tremendous growth opportunity and autonomy.Competitive compensation and benefits.Option to come into the office if you're based in SF Bay Area.The reasonably estimated national salary range for this position is between $161,000-$300,000.
