Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.Note that initially, this would be a very hands-on role. We don't just want a manager but someone who can execute by hand.Build and lead a high-performing sales team.Define and implement sales processes and metrics to drive sales performance.Identify key sales trends and market opportunities, and align the sales organization’s objectives with Writesonic's business strategy.Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting to the management team.Collaborate with other teams (such as marketing and product) to optimize the sales process and product offerings.Drive a culture of continuous improvement, success, and positive team morale.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.A minimum of 5 years of hands-on sales experience, focusing on SaaS or technology products. Previous experience in a leadership role is required.Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.Strong understanding of sales metrics and ability to translate company goals into clear and achievable objectives for the sales team.Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to build, lead, and motivate teams.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.What We Offer:
