We look for individuals who want to work on a team that cares about making a difference in the value of healthcare.Job DescriptionFull Stack Engineer II-IVSoftware Engineer II: $80,281 - $110,300 - $140,382Software Engineer III: $92,036 - $127,700 – $163,362Software Engineer IV: $106,714 – $149,400 - $192,087The Scoop:The Full Stack Engineer II works within the Application Development & Support team to provide software programming for new software, production support and maintenance for existing software, as well as ad-hoc support of key departmental business areas, databases, applications, and tools which drive business functions. This Full Stack Developer works under general supervision and instruction from management or lead software engineers.The Full Stack Engineer III works within the Application Development & Support team to provide software programming for new software, production support and maintenance for existing software, as well as ad-hoc support of key departmental business areas, databases, applications, and tools which drive business functions. This Full Stack Developer receives general instructions on new projects and works autonomously to complete deliverables.The Full Stack Engineer IV works within the Application Development & Support team to provide software programming for new software, production support and maintenance for existing software, as well as ad-hoc support of key departmental business areas, databases, applications, and tools which drive business functions. Other duties may be assigned:Develops software at all layers by programming, designing, and testing code to meet requirementsGains a thorough understanding of functional requirements for new software requestsWorks with Business Systems Analysts to understand and clarify software requirements and translate into working softwarePractices good software engineering techniques and standards to reduce coding errors and ensures robustness and efficiency of work productsPartners with software teams in the development of the software engineering processesWorks to identify and resolves technical or product problemsParticipates in software project meetings and provides status reportsTranslates technical designs into working softwareMaintains existing applications by enhancing software and troubleshooting issuesCollaborates with team members and partners with others as needed to ensure successful completion of assigned software development tasksParticipates in code reviews and incorporates recommendationsApplies Object Oriented Design principles and design patterns in creating System level solution designsCreates and maintains software design specifications documentAssumes full responsibility for assigned tasks and end-to-end accountability for end-product deliveryMakes recommendations to IT management for the adoption of (1) new technology (2) industry’s best practices, and (3) streamlining processesCommunicates and presents designs in group settings to technical and non-technical audiencesPartners with team members and technical project lead to ensure component design fits in with the overall solutionAdopts new techniques and technologiesInitiates attendance at job related training to keep skills currentMaintains current understanding of the industry’s best practicesAssists with mentoring and training of less experienced IT staff membersSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.Education And/or ExperienceLevel II:

For consideration candidates will need a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) along with two (2) to five (5) years’ related experience.Level III:

For consideration candidates will need a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) along with five (5) to eight (8) years’ related experience. Pharmacy Benefits Management or related industry a plus but not required.Level IV:

For consideration candidates will need a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) along with eight (8) to twelve (12) years’ related experience.
