We are looking for an experienced PLM solutions architect to implement, deploy and manage Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system that transform how Reformation creates, manages, and collaborates around new product development. In this highly impactful role, you will holistically own all systems and tools that touch on all aspects of PLM including product development, sourcing, costing, vendor communications. As part of ownership, you will build a deep understanding of our operational challenges in PLM and break down complex problems, own PLM system configurations and changes, and create best in class capabilities for stakeholders ranging from internal users, vendors and/or delight end-user experiences. In addition, you will execute the full lifecycle of shipping new features and other initiatives. This includes partnering with operations to understand requirements, with business owners to define success metrics, with PLM providers and internal engineering teams to create and implement new features and with several other internal/external stakeholders to execute launch plans.What You'll Do:You will build a deep understanding of our operational challenges related to product development process;Lead the technical design and e2e implementation of PLM system;Drive change management and onboard users on the PLM system;Transform organization by digitizing tech packs, processes and vendor communications. In addition, migrate data from legacy processes to a new PLM system;Become the power user of PLM system to drive system configuration, integrations and long term roadmap;Interface with IT professionals to provide business systems solutions;Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.Leadership, Culture and Team:Develop working relationships with other functions to create transparency into tech roadmap development;Partner closely with engineering, operations and other stakeholders to land the best in class products for our internal/external customers and/or delightful experiences for end-users;Create a culture of tech enablement across Reformation.What You'll Need:3 years of experience in operating in or managing product life cycle management system / tools such as Centric, Bamboo Rose, Infor;Have a deep understanding of product development phases and tech requirements. Preferable, experience in garment and fashion related industry;Experience working with and influencing multiple cross functional teams without direct authority.
