This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.

The Enterprise Investment Office (EIO) is dedicated to optimizing and scaling the firm's investment function operations, which includes product ownership of technology and data that supports our investment teams. The activities of the Business Analyst, working as a liaison between investment and technology teams, will include (but will not be limited to): supporting the execution of the investment technology vision, understanding and prioritizing technology system needs, and assisting investment teams with tactical technology needs.

What you will do:

Work with business partners to understand technology needs.Respond to end user issues, enhancement requests, and other administrative items.Communicate business needs and priorities to I.T. teams.Build and support ad-hoc technology solutions for investment teams.Document and support the creation of user guides and operating procedures.What you bring:

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to think creatively.Good attention to detail and follow through to drive projects to completion in a timely manner.Ability to be a self-starter, multitask and work in a collaborative environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (experience with pivot tables and v-lookups).Experience with BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and/or programming languages (e.g. Python).Good interpersonal and communication skills.Education Preferred:

Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience.Experience:

0-3 Years of experience in private markets, asset management, or financial services roles preferred but not required.
