Job Description
AECOM is seeking to hire a Project Manager to support our exciting project in Sacramento, CA.
Responsibilities:
Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business.
Consistently delivers profit margins planned.
Manages projects involving Risk Triggering Factors (RTF).
Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty.
Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.
Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.
Qualifications
BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Requirements:
Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain California PE within twelve months if not currently registered in California.
Ability to proactively communicate and lead department staff.
Minimum of 10 years of experience reflecting progressively increasing levels of leadership and responsibility.
Experience with business development and client relations.
Project management experience leading small to medium sized highway projects; well-versed in all aspects of project development.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The salary range for this position is $106,000 - $197,000, based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
