We are actively seeking a talented and forward-thinking Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing customer accounts.

Build and strengthen growth-oriented relationships with key account stakeholdersIdentify opportunities within existing accounts for expansion and renewal and work deals through to closeCoordinate with internal resources such as sales engineers to set up product demonstrations and additional discovery workflows for expansion opportunitiesMeet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goalsConsult and be a trusted advisor for existing and prospective clientsCollaborate with the extended team to drive adoption and customer successPartner with account-based teams as required to design strategic plans for revenue growthDevelop and actively maintain sales forecasts across assigned accounts and lines of businessLiaise with product development teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to the improvement of our products/servicesCollaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure seamless solution deliveryTravel to customer locations when neededLet’s Talk About You

5+ years of B2B account management experience in a SaaS organization with a proven record of quota achievementExcellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiencesEffective presentation skills and ability to convey product/offering valueDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to engage with and sell into varied levels of stakeholders, from clinical users to C-Suite levelAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environmentBenefits

Employees accrue fifteen days Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.This role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan with a target of $75,000 annually.At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $84,000 - $126,000.For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
