What is this role?

As a

Talent Acquisition Partner

for Cirkul, you are responsible for hiring and onboarding talent to meet the resourcing needs of the organization, as well as improving the overall company talent profile through internal and external recruitment, talent analysis, data management, and creative sourcing. You will work closely with a variety of business stakeholders to forecast and plan upcoming talent needs.

What does an average day look like?

Driving Results: Source, screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.Taking Ownership: Consult with management on strategic and current staffing needs; help management identify hiring priorities and ensures timely hiring for open positions.Making Decisions: Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.Cultivating Relationships: Partner effectively with peers and cross-functional partners.Instilling Trust: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management anticipating business preferences and future openings.Customer Focus: Facilitate strong partnerships with hiring managers and interview teams by proactively problem-solving and providing solutions surrounding interview scheduling and logistics.

What background should you have?

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience4+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experienceATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates, Greenhouse preferredStrong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationshipsPossess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
