UST is searching for a Jr. Associate Business Analyst who will analyze the business needs of a client or project and perform Business Analysis activities under constant supervision.The Opportunity

Work with leads/Seniors in the team to understand the business objective.Assist Leads to create software requirements artefacts and deliverables.Work with leads/seniors to identify solutions options and validate them in a systematic manner.Have a basic understanding of various BA tasks that include but not limited to:Planning stakeholder engagementEffective approval processCreation of usage of Business Analysis informationComponents required to prepare for and conduct elicitation.Validating information with stakeholders and communication of informationComponents involved in collaboration – both internal and externalMaintenance of requirements and its traceabilityRequirements and design prioritizationEvaluation of change impactMitigation of negative consequences while moving to desired future state.Assist the Leads in eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops and other proven techniques.Follow effective requirements practices, such as change control process, defined by senior BAs.Learn about developing process flow diagrams, use case, current/future state diagrams, functional and technical requirements.What You Need

General awareness of various BA knowledge areas (recommended by IIBA or any other professional organization for Business Analysis). Have a basic knowledge of, and can follow, instructions for common techniques.Understand the importance of planning stakeholder engagement.Understand the importance of having an effective approval process to manage requirements and designs.Have an awareness of the need to develop a way in which people can efficiently access and use business analysis information.Understand the importance of continually monitoring, assessing, and improving business analysis performance.Have an understanding of the components involved in preparing for elicitation activities and the importance of elicitation with support from senior BAs/PM.Understand the importance of validating information with stakeholders and communicating it to them.Understand components involved in managing stakeholder collaboration.Understand the need to ensure that requirements and designs align with one another through traceability.Understand importance of maintaining requirements and designs.Understand the importance of prioritizing requirements/designs.What We Believe
