They are looking for a talented attorney with the ability to effectively manage complex, catastrophic worker’s compensation cases. $170,000 - $230,000 DOEResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive case evaluations and skillfully manage a caseload of 25 complex workers' compensation cases.Handle medical discovery and draft various legal documents with proficiency.Diligently prepare for and represent clients in depositions and hearings.Develop effective case strategies and negotiate favorable settlements.Provide exceptional client service, promptly addressing needs and managing expectations.Deliver high-quality legal representation and robust litigation support for high-value cases.Display empathy and compassion while supporting clients in navigating workers' compensation.Maintain unwavering attention to detail, follow-through, and diligence in complex litigation.Requirements2+ years of workers' compensation OR 4+ years of personal injury experience (Plaintiff only).Juris Doctor degree and current California Bar registration.Expertise in litigating high-value cases.Strong command of workers' compensation laws and regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Collaborative team player with a professional demeanor.Demonstrated personal drive and self-motivation.Benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision insurance.401k with 4% match.Vacation/PSL/Paid Holidays.Performance based bonus.Award winning firm.Flexible start time.1-day remote hybrid schedule.If you’re excited to work at a firm that was voted in the top 100 in national trial lawyers, this is your chance!
