Provide technical leadership and build high performing teams within your organization, including mentoring junior team members and providing technical support for engineers on the team.Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok.Be responsible for building an intuitive and reliable shopping experience, including browsing product details, check-out, shopping, return, refund, etc.Be responsible for Promotion and Campaign, building platforms and tools for merchants, clients, and business to manage campaigns, deliver the best results, and receive actionable insights.Regularly communicate with business teams and contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors with experience in native iOS development, and 5 years of work experience.1+ years of experience of managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.Proven experience of software development principles, capabilities, and limitations of iOS platform.Proficiency in Objective-C or Swift.Ability to understand and debug large and complex code bases.Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $224000 - $410000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
