The Global Account Manager is responsible for managing and leading MicroE Global Strategic Accounts – comprising of IDMs, OEMs & E-Material companies across the Semiconductor industry.The GAM leads a team of professional GAMs/GARs (Global Account Managers and Global Account Representatives) focused on serving the key customers' global footprints.The GAM also indirectly directs/influences/drives a team of professional GAMs/GARs that have sales targets related to the GAM’s Global Strategic Accounts, to drive core growth with Global Strategic Accounts.He/she is responsible for developing a focused growth strategy by global account, creating value for the customer by utilizing the resources across Pall and providing solutions for both internal and external issues to enable integrated account strategy and therefore achieving competitive differentiation and profitable growth continuously.The GAM will be the face of Pall MicroE to the customer and is entirely responsible for negotiating directly with Key Global Accounts.The GAM will be responsible for achieving Core growth (Orders & Shipments), targeted gross margin within allocated SG&A, managing a team of Direct Sales teams by having consensus with all internal stakeholders.Interpret and analyze customers’ requirements and develop solutions to complex problems and provide assistance to a variety of services and products and manage new business opportunities by having strategy and actions.Ensure compliance with all management reporting requirements and monitor work according to company policies.Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Intel in the organization and prepare various vertical market strategies to enhance growth.Facilitate and develop various projects to ensure optimal customer delivery for both domestic and international locations.Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
