employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.Key Responsibilities:As a business analyst, this individual will be involved in gathering and documenting requirements which needs excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication.Perform system analysis of moderate to complex processes and validate results to match requirements.Perform Impact analysis of change being introduced.Support Agile Team in backlog refinements to ensure quality backlog.Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure a high quality.Collaborate with Product Owners, Architecture and Developers for gaining deep understanding of intended end product.Create data mapping documents.Combine technical skills and knowledge of the systems and business processes to drive technical requirements.Provide technical requirement clarifications.Support offshore DBT team with day to day work.Basic Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of Business Analysis experienceMinimum 4 years of experience working with Agile methodsHigh School Diploma or GEDPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with PC InsuranceCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
