Publicis Sapient seeks a results-driven Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead operational enhancements and project management within North America Talent Acquisition. As Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you'll take the helm within our Internal Digital Business Transformation Team, collaborating across global, cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service, prioritizing candidate and client experience.Your Impact:Your vision will help shape the future of our talent acquisition operations – drive strategic direction, define best practices and drive innovative solutions.Participate in Sprint planning, scrum team management in collaboration with the wider Global Talent Acquisition Operations Teams.Oversee end-to-end project management, from initial project planning to go-live. You will be involved in PI (Program Increment) planning events and ensure seamless project delivery including management of dependencies.Work with our Data Governance team to drive robust audit tracking processes to monitor and enhance the data quality of our operations. Implement quality control measures, conduct audits as necessary, and rigorously test systems to ensure continuous improvement.Drive process improvements and ensure effective utilization. Oversee new releases, provide training and support to the Talent Acquisition teams and other stakeholders. Ensure user-guided training materials and documentation are available.Evaluate existing business processes, identify opportunities for enhancements, and implement solutions to support the Talent Acquisition teams and technical ecosystem.Prioritize and manage backlog items in the appropriate system/tool, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate pilot projects.Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience:Proven experience in a senior-level role within Talent Acquisition Operations.Strong proficiency in Jira Management, Scrum practices, and Agile methodologies.Excellent project management skills.Change management expertise, including the ability to develop effective training materials and strategies.A data-driven mindset with knowledge of database systems and logic.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail.Self-driven and committed to continuous improvement.Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team.Additional Information

Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
