VICE PRESIDENT OF DISTRIBUTION AND CIRCULAR OPERATIONS - Remote Responsibilities

The Vice President of Distribution and Circular Operations plays a crucial role by leading the Distribution, Circular Operations, and Services functions across the supply chain to deliver operational excellence for customers, strategic solutions, and cost optimization. This leader will oversee the 3PL distribution network and circular operations to include and with heavy emphasis on primary distribution, order fulfillment, resale, trade-in and returns, and return to stock. They will be responsible for modeling the company’s values and promoting the culture while developing an inclusive and passionate leadership team. This role is remote-based with resources positioned across the globe. Lead an operational team across functional distribution areas and existing and new operational initiatives: 3PL management / fulfillment and delivery scheduling, compliance management, e-com parcel operations; development of performance and compliance KPIs; reverse logistics. Circular Operations with emphasis on trade-in, return to stock, and resale as well as service operations management for all existing and new customer service offerings. Develop multi-year distribution strategies aligned with company-wide priorities and initiatives. Use data-driven decision-making to deliver meaningful results that support the overall distribution strategy to drive competitive costs, adding value to all Supply Chain teams. Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with strategic partners focused on innovation and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and operational excellence. Build and maintain relationships with internal cross-functional brand and platform executives. Ensure the execution of distribution and fulfillment programs to meet the capacity and service requirements of the Company. Enable development of environmentally sustainable programs (ESG). Provide guidance and establish strategic direction for contract negotiations for all distribution services. Analyze industry and market dynamics to assess and forecast distribution cost and service trends. Develop and manage contingency plans to cost-effectively support varying levels of company sales, changes to supply/demand patterns, and to counter geo-political threats. Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have experience with Circular Operations. Benefits

It will offer a remote schedule except for travel required by the Company for meetings and conferences. Compensation: $200k – $230k plus bonus.
