1) Senior Fund Controller #201445

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Fund Controller manages the work activities of an accounting team. Responsible for oversight and development of staff. Oversees the accounting and reporting requirements on fund investments including setup and accounting for complex multi-tier investment entities. Reviews monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio level consolidated financial statements and other client reporting. Responsible for oversight of fund level reporting and coordination of client equity contributions and distributions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Reviews and verifies financial information including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for commingled funds and separate accounts prior to submittal to client and investors.Produces statements and other required financial information including but not limited to investor funded and unfunded commitments, asset accrual methodology, and output.Maintains shareholder registries and prepares periodic financial statements.Monitors financial performance and provides strategic advice to the executive leadership team.Manages and operates the treasury/cash management function.May participate in new business proposals and manages capital requests.Is a contact point for investors and may design and prepare presentations on financials.Participates and/or leads all aspects of internal and external property and client transitions.Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervises staff of 2-3. If there are direct reports, would support staff in areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance appraisal.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

Degree from a four-year college or university program with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or related field required. A minimum of six years accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Prior experience in fund level accounting required.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES:

Certified Accountant qualifications in relevant jurisdictions.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Ability to effectively write reports and manuals.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE:

Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Able to forecast and prepare budgets.

2) Fund Controller #201294

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Fund Controller of Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions manages the work activities of an accounting team. Responsible for oversight and development of staff. Oversees the accounting and reporting requirements on fund investments including setup and accounting for complex multi-tier investment entities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Reviews and verifies financial information including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Partners with field and account management teams to ensure they have a working knowledge of team's client Management Agreements.Troubleshoots escalated issues and ensures internal and external customer requests are handled timely.Reviews and analyzes performance returns and acquisition/disposition fees on real estate investments.Coordinates and ensures completion of annual audits by required deadlines.Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides formal supervision to individual employees within a single functional or operational area. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

Degree from a four-year college or university program with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or related field required. A minimum of six years accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES:

CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certifications a plus.
