The AVP will be accountable for the asset retention and economics associated with the transition, client experience, technology adoption, and client productivity of new advisors.The AVP PM will work closely with the Business Development sales managers to prioritize, design and deliver the best transition experience possible. He or she will collaborate across the firm to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and effectively lead the advisor through their transition and assimilation.Responsibilities:Manage the transition of advisors through LPL mergers and acquisitionsOptimize resources to maximize key performance measuresParticipate in sales meetings to design an effective retention and transition planCollaborate across the firm to identify opportunities and create solutions to expedite and improve the transition and assimilation processStay current with our technology, industry best practices, financial markets, the regulatory environment, and the competitive landscapeWhat are we looking for?We want strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience.
