Description:
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Military Operations Analyst for a position in Maryland area. The selected individual may work alone or with DoD civilians and military personnel. Responsibilities include:
Identifies and manages internal and external all-source Military Operations, including both analytical and collection requirements from across the Military Operations community.
Performs a variety of activities in one or more of the following and/or related areas: interfaces with other offices and agencies to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks, identifies requirements and tasks them to the appropriate collection elements, verifies that responses meet requirements, compiles the daily activities report and distributes, coordinates with the specified LNOs to verify reporting data is accurate and complete.
Ensures operational leads are prepared and ready to execute their supported missions.
Coordinates travel and submits expense reports.
Basic Qualifications:
Active Top Secret clearance.
Very experienced in multiple MS Office systems.
Ability to work alone as well as a member of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills:
Must have excellent interpersonal tact.
Prior recruiting experience (No minimum requirement).
Prior military experience (Any branch).
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level:
Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.
Ability to Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
Non-standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader.
