We offer hybrid and remote work arrangements depending on the candidate.We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to add to our growing team. This person will work with agile scrum teams to support front-end user interface design for various applications including cloud. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs for our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate user needs and business goals into compelling design solutions.Responsibilities
Demonstrate a keen understanding of business objectives and tailor UI/UX design solutions to meet specific client needs.Proficiently grasp the intricacies of the application to ensure seamless integration of design elements with its functionality.Perform comprehensive user research to gain insights into the preferences and needs of target users, ensuring a user-centric approach in design decisions.Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions.Iterate and refine designs based on feedback and testing results.Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and validate design assumptions.Analyze testing results and implement improvements based on insights.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.Communicate design concepts effectively and advocate for user-centered design principles on assigned projects and within the organization.Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.Continuously seek opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio highlighting design projects.Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to work with design mock-ups to create a consistent UI.Understanding of section 508 UI accessibility standards.Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of visual design and how it applies to UI/UX.Experience developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.Experience in medical/clinical research domain.Experience in working with Azure and AWS.Experience in cross-browser testing.Experience working in Agile software development environment.Company informationDigital Infuzion is a software and health care IT company.
