The Customer Experience Data Analyst will provide reporting, analytics, and insights across multiple Red River teams, ensuring that Customer Success Managers, Lifecycle sales teams, and Program Managers are enabled with the most impactful data to deliver exceptional service and deliverables to our Red River customers.

Responsibilities:

Connect and translate Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Customer Data into an actionable format for use case conversations supporting Red River’s Enterprise Lifecycle Management methodology.Work closely with leadership to find ways to solve problems through interpretation of historical data.Provide meaningful insight to Customer Experience Leaders and Customer Success Managers, Lifecycle sales, and program managers through data collection and interpretation.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.Develop methodologies for extracting and interpreting data subsets to be leveraged as renewal and sales opportunities.Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.Conduct analysis after customer impacting events, report on customer feedback, perform root cause analysis, present findings and articulate process improvement based on analysis.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and recommend new systems and processes.

Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:

BS Business Administration, Computer Science, or other business degree or minimum 5 years equivalent experience.This position requires US Citizenship according to contract requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Advanced Excel, including Pivot, V-lookup, Macros, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.Implement and maintain databases.Develop analysis and reporting capabilities.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus.Knowledge of Cisco a plus.Experience with Service Now a plus.Experience with Costpoint a plus.Ability to work independently.Strong communicator with ability to create customer-facing materials.
