We are a small business specializing in exterior residential remodeling with a showroom located in Fairfax, VA. We are professional, fast-paced, and customer-centric. We are looking for an individual who is extremely detail-oriented and has significant experience using Microsoft Office and Quickbooks. Must have a minimum of 5 years previous Administrative and Accounting experience.Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the sales team and management to ensure efficient operation of the showroom.Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.Develop and maintain a filing system.Submit and reconcile expense reports.Organize and schedule appointments.Place orders with our external vendors.Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable by posting client payments and preparing invoices.Prepare documents for the company Accountant.Process weekly contractor payroll and management insurance compliance.Requirements
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.Proficiency in MS Office and Quickbooks is required.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and self-motivate.Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.Minimum of 5 years previous Administrative and Accounting experience is required.Must pass a background check prior to employment start.Job Type:
