They are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of clients and their families.Job Description:

They are seeking a full-time Attorney to represent children with special needs. They will accept applications from newly admitted attorneys. In this role, you will attend IEPs, mediations, hearings, write complaints and be a crucial member of our legal team.This is a hybrid role with 75% being remote and 25% being travel to the office and client meetings (local to area).Responsibilities

Facilitate virtual or telephonic client intake meetingsAttend Individualized Educational Program (IEP) meetings as neededCommunicate with various stakeholders, such as school districts, parents and other attorneys via telephone and email, as neededAttend client meetings, mediations, hearings and resolution sessions, as neededPerform legal research, client document review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and completenessDraft various documents pertaining to special education: complaints, memorandums and motionsMaintain client relationships with regular touch base meetings and ensure client records are complete and accurate using a file management systemInterface professionally with all members of the firmFile all electronic documents as neededPrepare case analysis as neededPrepare for each phase of litigation in a thorough and detailed manner, as neededAssist Attorneys with evolving tasks and responsibilities, as neededQualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active member of the California State Bar.Excellent written, communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated legal team.Must be willing to travel to the Inland Empire.Benefits
