In-office, work-from-home, or hybrid, depending on position and location.OverviewThe Account Manager, Senior, is responsible for maintaining the partnership of each client through client service management, accurate and timely program delivery, and contribution to the strategic development and operations of the account(s). This role is also responsible for the identification of new business targets and winning new business for One10.Scope of WorkActively participate in strategic account planning for assigned accounts including:

Manage planning of both short and long term strategic objectives for the client; identification of opportunities for expansion of existing book of business; identification of new opportunities outside of existing book of business.

Contribute to developing innovative client solutionsLead internal teams in contributing to the strategic direction for client programs and idea generationFoster client relationshipsHunter mentality – with a love for solving customer problems and building relationshipsCreate vision and pursue new markets while achieving revenue targetsManage client feedback, stewardship, and results measures for assigned programs.Develop project budgets, review actuals against estimates, generate client-required financial reporting, conduct required internal financial reviewsContribute to the development of annual budgets and revenue/forecastsOversee the ongoing operation of assigned account(s)Oversee delivery team activities and manage program implementation from launch through conclusionInterface with clients on requirements, solution scope plans, points of dissatisfaction, scope changes, approvals, and budgetsDevelop tactical implementation strategies for each individual client projectMonitor the quality of work from other departmentsResponsible to mentor, provide client servicing guidelines and assess project progress at every levelKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesApplies advanced experience and knowledge to accomplish more advanced processes and business problems. Has upper-level skills and abilities, and beginning to perform more varied and complex problems, processes, analytics.Decision Making, Complexity, and ImpactExercises independent judgement on moderately complex areas. Decisions have moderate impact in assigned areas and require coordination across other areas.Teamwork and LeadershipRegularly takes informal leadership role during team meetings and/or projects.
