Position SummaryIn this role as a Platform Product Manager, you should be skilled at demonstrating bias for action to deliver your product through the end-to-end product lifecycle, as well as working closely across product management, engineering, strategy, merchant technology, retail merchandising, supply chain & analytics teams at a detailed level. This is a user-focused product role, where the outcomes directly impact our end user experience.About TeamOn the Item and Inventory team, we ensure our customers get their orders when and where they want them, in a frictionless, predictable manner. We create reusable SaaS products and services that manage our catalog and power end-to-end inventory management, including replenishment, fulfillment, and transportation.What You'll DoBuild the next generation catalog capabilities.Enable onboarding of Marketplace catalogs onto Walmart platform.Work with cross-functional teams to unlock new features for Sellers and Customers.What You'll BringDriving roadmap prioritization, vision, and strategy with internal stakeholders within the specific product domain area.Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics, drive go-to-market strategy and adoption, drive product feature enhancements/iterations.Conducting user research and surveys by synthesizing customer pain points; analyze and visualize large amounts of data into actionable insights and advocate for a metric-driven decision-making process.Minimum QualificationsOutlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years' experience in product management or related experience at a technology and data-driven company focused on building products with new and emerging technologies.11 years' experience at a technology and data-driven company focused on building products with new and emerging technologies.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related area and 8 years' experience in back-end platform or highly complex B2B/C products or experience in roles requiring data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics).
