Key ResponsibilitiesManage the order fulfillment process from forecast, manufacturing slot request, booking closure and shipment for multiple customers or regions.Escalate to Account Team management as needed to resolve booking or revenue issues. Report on status of commitments including forecasts, tool issues, customer issues, and source inspections to Customer(s).Initiate customer requested inside lead-time change requests for approvals.Prepare and execute demand planning reviews; size factory build plan for future customer orders.Manage employees and budget for multiple customers or regions.Recommend and implement business process improvements to increase efficiency.Manage special projects and key customer initiatives as required.Functional KnowledgeDemonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families.Business ExpertiseApplies in-depth understanding of how own discipline integrates within the segment/function.LeadershipManages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources.Problem SolvingIdentifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems.ImpactImpacts the business results of a team or area by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies and developing policies and plans.Guided by business unit, department or sub-functional business plans.Interpersonal SkillsInfluences others internally and externally, including senior management.Position requires understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards at all times.
