$100,000 - $160,000 per yearA Bit About Us:We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Permanent Attorney to join our prestigious Legal team. This position is ideal for individuals who are driven, ambitious, and ready to take on challenging cases in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse portfolio of cases, primarily focusing on auto accident, general liability defense litigation, and insurance defense. As a Permanent Attorney, you will be expected to provide expert legal advice, represent our clients in court, and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Our firm was built on that understanding.Responsibilities:Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations related to Auto Accident and General Liability Defense Litigation cases.Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the litigation process to provide updates on case progress and negotiate settlement agreements.Attend hearings and trials to present arguments and evidence on behalf of clients.Manage a caseload of multiple cases and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff members to provide the highest level of legal representation to clients.Qualifications:Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 2 years of experience in the legal field.Proven experience as an associate attorney, with a focus on auto accident, general liability defense litigation, and insurance defense.Proficiency in managing first-party claims and disputes.Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.Exceptional research skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask, manage large workloads, and remain calm under pressure.Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.Proven track record of courtroom success.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced attorney to grow and develop their career within a supportive and dynamic team.
