Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients and influencing C-level stakeholders.Experience managing a portfolio in advertising or media sales, with the ability to achieve goals to drive growth.Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics, across all digital advertising products areas.Ability to strategically assess and solve client needs.Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.Excellent leadership skills with high executive functioning within digital marketing.About the job

Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $112,000-$165,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize and expand their advertising investment.Manage a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunity for growth, managing risks, and creating multi-quarter plans for achievement.Prioritize and deliver an outstanding customer experience to Google's advertisers.Coach peers in the organization to create skill and drive customer growth and contribute to overall team success.Generate business plans by collaborating with specialists, Engineers, and Product teams and defining business goals, key strategies, and success metrics.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
