Digital Account Manager . The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective digital strategies to exceed digital budgets, and also will support a team of sellers to maximize digital revenue growth in some of our largest and most strategic accounts.

As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital campaigns, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, you will also provide ongoing performance-based digital strategy, sales support, campaign management, and assistance in presenting multi-channel, tactical digital solutions that include:Performance Digital MarketingAudio StreamingPodcast AdvertisingDisplay AdvertisingProgrammatic StrategiesSocial Media MarketingOnline Presence SolutionsOTT and Video AdvertisingPaid Search Engine MarketingEmail MarketingYou will have the opportunity to use your passion for digital marketing to develop personalized, innovative, full-scope advertising solutions to meet the marketing needs of new and existing clients through the integration of digital products and services focused on our advertisers’ end goals.

Responsibilities:

Work with multiple sales teams across the nation to strategize, plan, build, and present customized digital sales opportunities to high-level prospective advertisers with specific goals.Help guide operations teams to ensure that sold campaigns are executed and fulfilled with a high level of precision and performance to meet the client’s expectations on costs and KPIs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all digital marketing needsDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectivesManage the organization, process, and delivery of digital campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standardCollaborate with internal teams to develop creative strategies and innovative solutions that meet client needs and goalsMonitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvementAnalyze and translate campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement to meet client goalsOversee ongoing internal reporting and account trackers in order to provide ongoing details about account health, project timelines, growth opportunities, monthly billing, etcLead proposal development (including the build-out of media plans and client/industry research), ongoing monthly reporting, and quarterly business reviewsIdentify opportunities for revenue growth, and work with clients to develop new projects and campaign renewals toward a shared revenue goalSupport strategic agency projects as needed (like onboarding a new platform, researching new products/partners, or setting up new offerings in our planning tools)Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and knowledge with clients and internal teamsJob Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account managementStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent presentation skills are required, as are strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and solve client issues successfullyDemonstrated ability to self-motivated and task-oriented for complex and fast-paced projectsTime management and organizational skills, with high attention to detailExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be a team player, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients equallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teamsProven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns that drive resultsKnowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketingFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and Facebook Ads ManagerWhat We Offer:
