The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to join the Adobe Home surfaces team. You will help with the mission of building delightful, personalized experiences designed to sustain repeated engagement and drive conversion for our members.

In this high visibility role, you'll play a key part in defining a strategy and roadmap for Home to improve the workflows of millions of our members. Our hardworking team of designers, developers, and product managers work hand-in-hand to build coherent and meaningful experiences.

A systems thinker, and a builder at heart.Bias toward action with a track record of driving initiatives from conception to completion. You love developing a vision but are also able to get into the weeds and drive things on ground.Deep customer empathy, and unbounded curiosity.Knack to form and maintain close partnerships across functional and organizational boundaries, and a collaborative style that allows you to guide teams to the right outcome at various levelsA metrics driven approach to product development, feature prioritization, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.Passion for user-centric design and experience, and the creative space.Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-geo and cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Bachelor's degree or higher, or 8+ years of product management experience. MBA preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
