Responsibilities:- Assist in following up on the execution of various campaigns of TikTok Shop, such as Category Campaigns, Brand Campaigns, etc.- Participate in online resource allocation, merchant communication, and marketing planning- Coordinate internal and external resources to promote the implementation of activities- Optimize the process management of the campaign SOP- Participate in the formulation of Campaign business planning, continuously gain insight into the performance of operations through data analysis and research, and provide support for business decisions- Participate in the design of campaign marketing gameplay, assist in project management, promote internal and external cooperation and overall implementation- Support cross-team communication of key modules of special campaigns, involving multi-team collaboration such as industry operations/experts/UG/product teams, assist in project management, and promote implementation
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:- MBA Graduate- Good communication and problem-solving skills- Sensitive to data, strong data awareness, proficient in Excel formulas, plus points for using design software- Strong internal and external communication, project management skills, strong self-motivation, and a sense of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in e-commerce company-related activities and marketing- Master statistical tools
