Basic FunctionHF Sinclair in Dallas is seeking a Contracts and Pricing Associate to capture and maintain standard to complex agreements, customer data, vendor data, and SAP contracts dealing with the purchase, sale or exchange of feedstocks and products under minimal supervision. Provide additional marketing support including pricing, terminal access, dispatch, invoice coding and M.S.D.S. distribution.Job DutiesESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (functions considered essential as defined by ADA)Ensures all Company contracts and pricing are accurate, complete and delivered in a timely mannerActs as liaison with marketing personnel, customers and other departments regarding contracts and pricingDistributes new customer information packetsCreates and maintains agreements and master data customer, vendor and contract forms (deal sheets)Downloads pricing data for price survey, verification, analysis and notificationPrepares sales, inventory, pricing and other marketing reportsCreates and maintains loading numbers and terminal access agreementsUpdates and distributes nightly pricing to OPISAssists with TSW nominations for bulk exchange, purchase and sales movementsProvides back-up support for AP Coding on marketing invoicesProcesses Yearly M.S.D.S. notification and distribution to new customersMaintains all customer files and cabinetsUpdates and maintains a procedure manual for Contracts & Pricing Associate job
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their manager, as determined from timeto time in their sole and complete discretion.ExperienceA minimum of five years related work experience is required.Preferred ExperienceTwo years in the petroleum industry.Education LevelA minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required.Preferred Educational Level:A Bachelors Degree in business or technical discipline.Required SkillsAbility to apply advanced clerical and data entry assignments based on broadly outlined guidelines. Proficient with Microsoft products including but not limited to MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel. Familiar with the mechanics of both contracts and pricing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with others, both written & verbal communication, as well as basic understanding of computer use.
