Bullfinch Recruitment are proud to be partnering with Xtremepush on their search for an Account Manager.

Xtremepush enables companies to build, grow, and retain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional technology, expertise, and customer service.

To keep pace with the recent growth, they are seeking an Account Manager to join a high performing Account Management team with the aim to create long-term, trusting relationships. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing value across some of their top customers, and therefore you will be integral to growing the business. The main KPIs associated with this role include Revenue Retention and Revenue Growth through relationship building, cross-selling and upselling.

This is a hybrid role in New York, or can be remote from New Jersey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive product adoption, expansion, and retention for high-value customers using deep product knowledge and customer-facing skills.Serve as a primary customer contact, focusing on product implementation, customer training, best practice adoption, and value realisation through regular reporting and analysis (QBR).Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise sales and reach revenue targetsIdentify and pitch cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededBe the voice of the customer within XtremepushCollaborate with internal teams (Product Management, Customer Support, Ops, Marketing, General Management) to translate best practices into actionable insights for customers.YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years proven work experience in an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant roleHave at least 2 years experience in a tech / SaaS company, with SBG experience (essential)Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-levelExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBA/BS degree in Business, Sales or relevant field, or equivalent work experienceFamiliar with SaaS customer management or have a background in data with a flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour is desirableThrive in a dynamic start-up environment, embracing change and staying agile while maintaining focus on key objectives.
