We look forward to receiving your application!HOW YOU WILL SOAR:The Sr. Account Executive role is responsible for driving company growth by finding new customers to offer Accruit Holding’s service directly or through channels. Duties include converting inbound leads, researching and identifying potential prospects, evolving the organization’s product to expand into new areas, and contacting existing clients. This role is also responsible for hitting monthly sales goals, contributing to market research, and identifying areas of opportunity for new value-add services.Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiriesAchieve a monthly quota for development activities (calls, emails, talk time) and salesEngage current and past customers to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop customer intelligenceSelf-generate a portion of leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, email or other meansDevelop expertise in the company’s service offeringDesign, develop, and deliver sales proposals and presentations on product benefitsHold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and via emailActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceHost seminars and webinars on various topics related to 1031 exchange (after absorbing necessary knowledge)Maintain all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer informationEffectively partner with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnelAttend all sales meetings and training sessions as required by managementEngage in daily standups by creating a collaborative environment that challenges team membersProvide insights and feedback to company leadershipWhen appropriate, assist with new hire onboarding and trainingAdditional tasks or responsibilities as needed by the companyIF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience5+ years of applicable experienceExcellent phone, writing and listening skillsUnderstanding of sales performance metricsAbility to deliver engaging presentationsPreferred QualificationsExperience in residential/commercial real estate transactions preferredExperience presenting to groups of 20-50 peopleThe Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers in the state of Colorado to disclose the following information. If the position applied to is not located in Colorado, the following information may not apply. Salary Minimum: $80,000 Salary Maximum: $80,000. Variable pay for this role in the form of uncapped commission, average annual earnings are approx. $150,000. The base salary range above represents the salary range for this position. The range listed is just one component of Accruit's total compensation package for employees.
