Respond to phone and internet leads promptly and in accordance with the Ken Garff follow-up processesProvide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concernsSchedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventoryDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carriesEstablish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral businessAt first glance, there’s nothing remarkable at Ken Garff.
