We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team, focusing on selling data center solutions and services! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the data center industry, with a deep understanding of data center technologies and infrastructure.
Essential Functions:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the data center market segmentIdentify and qualify leads, prospects, and new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship buildingBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at data center facilities, including C-level executives, IT managers, and procurement professionalsCollaborate with internal technical teams to tailor data center solutions and services to meet the specific needs of clientsConduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our data center offeringsNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure win-win outcomes for both partiesTrack and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to managementStay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the data center sectorRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our data center solutions and establish thought leadershipRequired Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience;3-5 years of outside sales experience in either of the following industries: Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Data CenterPreferred Education and Experience:
