As a Permanent Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients in California Workers’ Comp cases. You will be working with a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing the best legal services to our clients.ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in California Workers’ Comp casesConduct legal research and analysisDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefsAttend hearings, depositions, and trialsNegotiate settlements on behalf of clientsProvide legal advice and guidance to clientsManage a caseload of workers’ compensation casesWork collaboratively with other attorneys and staff membersProvide exceptional customer service to clientsQualificationsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the California State Bar3+ years of experience in workers’ compensation defenseStrong litigation skills and experience in workers’ compensation litigationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesExcellent customer service skillsIf you are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team and have the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this position.
