A new opportunity for an Account Manager has presented itself due to our continued growth and focus on our customers experience. Based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic salesperson to join our team and be responsible for Leisure Partnership accounts.

About The Position

You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of Online Travel Agencies, Inbound Tour Operators and other leisure travel partnerships. As a key contributor to the overall Leisure Travel Partners channel strategy, you will work with Leisure / Airline Sales Managers to nurture and grow existing accounts by being proactive and adding value to the relationship. You are also required to be on the look-out for new revenue opportunities, through representing our business in trade events or conventions to build a strong presence in the Travel Trade industry.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategically develop strong and profitable partnerships.Create and deliver effective account management plans with exceptional customer experience in mind.Regularly facilitate, compile and deliver sales results to key partners and conduct regular account reviews.Meet and exceed sales targets.Provide product updates and training to customers.Establish strong relationship with Operations and Customer Service to drive quality customer interactions.Contract management - ensure all customer contracts and renewal dates are identified, mapped, scheduled and an effective strategy developed for re-sign.Manage and implement CRM data within Sales Force.Make tactical recommendations based on market trends and identified growth opportunities.Commit and contribute to Avis and Budget Company values.Provide a safe and healthy work environment.Skills And Experience

You will have at least 2 years proven record of revenue growth and profit achievement in a leisure/travel account management role with knowledge and application of the strategic dimension of sales and managing key accounts.You will not only be able to maintain existing business but also identify opportunities for further growth, where your exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills will be essential.Working autonomously, you will be the type of person who is excited by change and improvement. Your strong commercial acumen, attention to details and lateral problem-solving approach will see you thrive in one of these roles.
