www.camburg.com .General Description:The purpose of this position is to acquire and maintain business relationships with purchase accounts in the Undercar market channel resulting in increased sales and profits. Responsibilities involved in accomplishing this objective include but are not limited to:

What you will be doing:Sales:Communicate & Network effectivelyReview and service customer needs to accomplish established goals and expectationsDetermine and recommend profitable sales effortsMaintain current product knowledge and competitive industry informationProvide competitive analysis and market pricing suggestion for new productsAbility to problem solve and present execution plan(s) for swift approvalStrong negotiation skills with ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers at the executive and decision-making levelsCreate and maintain unit and revenue forecast for assigned customersUnderstand competitive landscape(s), provide input on opportunities, competitive gaps, creative marketing solutions and customer insightManage customers' annual Line Reviews creatively and effectivelyCustomer Relations:Learn, know and maintain the MagnaFlow negotiated sales program with each account assignedMaintain intimate knowledge of the assigned customer, their unique requirements, and potential opportunities as well as pitfallsMaintain customer awareness of products and programsProvide service and take remedial action to solve customers’ problemsRespond to customer problems, promises, requests and questions in a timely mannerEfficiently validate and convey customer needs and provide meaningful businessExhibit exemplary telephone and email communication skills at all timesDevelop and promote trust to ensure continued purchase expectations are metDrive company vision in all aspects of responsibilitiesPlan for and attend national account conferences, events and business meetings according to company and customer expectationsExpense Control:Utilize “Outlook” monthly itinerary 90 days outUtilize most economical travel/entertainment expenditures, following per diem guidelinesAnalyze customers’ promotional and media requirementsMarketing:Reviews promotional materials and needs – ensuring they fit the requirements and needs of the customerEnsures Product Displays fit the needs of events and marketsDevelop consumer-facing event strategies to maximize return on investmentIdentifying events relevant to MagnaFlow and its customersOptimizing utilization of celebrity appearancesImproving data collection techniquesProduct Development:Recommend new products and product linesWork with Tech Center and Product Management teams to ensure all “A list” Performance products have the market demanded features and qualities.Manage a “Roll Out Plan” for A-List products for proper market release – ensuring the entire sales team has required tools for customers to sell the product.What you need:Microsoft OfficeEffective communication skillsSelf-motivated and well-organizedBachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field3-5 years experience with Air Resource Board and Environmental Protection Agency regulations as they pertain to automotive exhaust and catalytic convertersIndustry knowledge of both catalytic converters and mufflers
