Role:The Enterprise Account Executive is expected to develop and close new revenue opportunities with the larger, high-profile Enterprise accounts within the region. This will be accomplished by growing revenue within an assigned set of existing customers and establishing new customer relationships within a defined set of prospects. A successful candidate will have experience selling to large, complex accounts, including understanding how to negotiate procurement processes and master services agreements, and build relationships with multiple decision makers and departments. The candidate will also possess the capability to quickly learn Crown Castle’s product set and differentiators, develop sales opportunities within the assigned module of customers and prospects, professionally and consistently engage with and manage existing customers, and strategically close new business.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute complex, large account sales plans to achieve assigned quotasEstablish and conduct sales meetings with customers, presenting the Crown Castle value propositionDrive new sales opportunities through the entire sales process within all relevant departments within the accountCultivate strong relationships with decision makers and influencers within accountsAct as primary point of contact for customers providing a high level of customer service to all Crown Castle customersGenerate leads by prospecting and building and maintaining relationships throughout the industryEffectively communicate across internal Crown Castle departmentsMaster internal sales and marketing programs and systems to maximize effectivenessMaintain timely and accurate account and opportunity information in CRM systemProvide accurate sales forecasts

Education/Certifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience/Minimum Requirements:5 or more years of large account, business to business sales experience in network infrastructureProven experience selling to and maintaining large, complex enterprise customersProficient working knowledge of WDM, Ethernet, Cloud Connectivity, IP, and other Fiber Optic servicesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency in CRM applications

Working Conditions:This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.

Compensation Information:For New York City, Colorado, California, and Washington residents the hiring range offered for this position is $85,440 - $147,384 annually. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for a sales commission plan. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.#J-18808-Ljbffr
