Position Summary

Seeking a qualified sales representative with strong teamwork skills to promote and sell Embraer products and services for the Executive aviation market segment. The ideal candidate should possess a solid grasp of the sales process, demonstrating proficiency in lead generation, relationship-building, and deal closure. We are seeking a quick learner with excellent negotiation skills, capable of presenting our offerings compellingly. This role involves frequent presentations, networking events, and trade shows, requiring the sales representative to be both personable and professional while collaborating effectively within a team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/service.Performing the sales of the product/service.Negotiating contracts to achieve the best result for Embraer and the client.Lead sales campaigns towards the best results for Embraer and the client.Prepare proposals and materials for sales campaigns.Setting up meetings with prospective clients.Presenting product/service demonstrations to clients.Working towards achieving/surpassing the sales target.Establishing new business links.Participating in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development.Sales reporting and reviewing performance.Conducting market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and client needs.Seeking new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels.Collaborating within teams to achieve better results.Taking feedback from customers and sharing it with support teams.Understanding the business perspectives (customized marketing, long-term processes, high-value-added marketing, macro environment analysis, market dynamics, etc.).Identifying viable channels for each client, outlining action priorities.Identifying factors (price, deadline, payment conditions) that may interfere with closing the deal and recommending suitable alternatives to resolve them.Creating and maintaining a network to interface with customer decision makers to identify sales opportunities.Training other Sales Executives by sharing knowledge and experiences.Working with Embraer's CRM tools and acting in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.Working in accordance with Embraer's compliance guidelines and code of ethics.Maintaining relationships with the main contacts, stakeholders, and decision makers of portfolio clients.Maintaining relationships with the main players in the market (competitors, partners, suppliers, and service providers in the market in which it operates).Keeping records on the CRM tool updated and organized.Incorporating Lean processes and concepts into daily activities for continuous improvement to processes and procedures.Education

Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Aviation, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Minimum 5 years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.Strong experience in management of commercial or corporate aircraft sales activities, preferably acquired in a large aviation/aeronautical industry.Advanced English (Spanish / Portuguese Preferred).Advanced knowledge of the predominant business language in the region in which he will work.Salesforce experience.Working Conditions / Environment / Special Requirements
