proven Small Business Account Executive contributor to join our dynamic Contact Center Practice to address the strong demand we're seeing in the market.To succeed in this role you must have experience in:Prospecting for NET new logo accounts and grow existing RingCentral account base within assigned territoryMeeting with existing customers to up-sell existing engagements in addition to following up on past engagementsEvangelize and educate with RingCentral sales teamCommunication of RingCentral value proposition to senior-level customer contactsAbility to proactively position the value of cloud solutionsCoordination with RingCentral sales teams to develop Territory Strategy Plans, Account Strategy Plans and Opportunity Strategy PlansWork with RingCentral resources to develop & position the appropriate solution to fit the customer needs to include RingCentral Office / Call Center with Live Reports, RingCentral Contact Center, RingCentral Workforce OptimizationAbility to act as a customer advocate within the RingCentral organization and advocate for RingCentral to customersUtilization of RingCentral sales process for identification, positioning and lifecycle management of opportunitiesDriving new revenue through customer acquisition in designated territory and named accountsConsistently strike/exceed quarterly & annual sales targetsPartnering with the regional VAR's to effectively identify, engage and deliver new customersOwning strategy around funnel, pipeline, forecasting - owning GTM for respective patchDemonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based sellingDesired Qualifications:Preferably 3-5 years of solid B2B sales experienceProven record of success for sales to large corporate accounts with longer sales cyclesExperience in value-based selling and ROI creationHistory of success in creating compelling events by building that vision for prospects5 years of technology solution-based selling (SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, telephony)Extensive Call Center/Contact Center ExperienceDemonstrated sales record of obtaining/exceeding quota.Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales processSuccess prospecting, engaging, acquiring net new logosStrong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to othersEntrepreneurial flair - ability to learn and adapt quicklyVibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things doneBachelor’s Degree or equivalent military and/or work experienceWhat we offer:Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSAs) and Commuter benefits401K match and ESPPPaid time off and paid sick leaveWellness programs including 1:1 coaching and meditation guidancePaid parental and pregnancy leave and new parent gift boxesFamily-forming benefits (IVF, Preservation, Adoption etc.)Emergency backup care (Child/Adult/Pets)Parental support for children with developmental and learning disabilitiesPet insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) with counseling sessions available 24/7Free legal services that provide legal advice, document creation and estate planningEmployee bonus referral programStudent loan refinancing assistanceEmployee perks and discounts programAbout RingCentral:

Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
