Conduct meetings with residential customers to address sewer and drain problems and propose effective solutions.Establish strong connections with new clients by providing in-depth details on services and pricing.Prepare precise sales proposals tailored to customer needs.Engage in negotiations and successfully close sales transactions.Uphold a positive representation of Barker and Sons, fostering referrals and goodwill.Stay informed about industry developments and customer preferences.Surpass challenging sales targets set by the company.Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, with a preference for in-home services background.Strong presentation, public speaking, and follow-up skills are essential for this role.A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets is a requirement.Financial acumen and the ability to assess job profitability are crucial skills needed.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are a must.Candidates who are highly organized and detail-oriented will be prioritized.Knowledge of plumbing systems is considered advantageous.A high school diploma or equivalent education is a prerequisite.A neat and clean-cut appearance is expected from all applicants.Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test.Possession of a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.Compensation:
