California State Bar License; at least 3 years of probate administration or litigation experienceResponsibilities:
Lead a team of up to 5 Associate AttorneysMeet with prospective clientsDevelop relationships with clients as you establish legal objectivesExplain legal options and provide legal adviceRepresent clients in court and mediationManage your own caseloadNegotiate effectivelyFollow instructions and solve problems in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and teamContribute to a positive work environmentHandle and prioritize multiple cases and assignmentsSupervise paralegals, records specialists, and other team membersExperience:
Must have 3+ years experience in probate or litigationQualifications:
Active California Bar member in good standingAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamSelf-motivated, highly organized, and detail-orientedStrong verbal and written communication skillsPossess effective research and writing skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced office environmentExceptional ability to provide professional, efficient, and friendly client servicesComputer skills including proficiency in Google Suite
