Job Description:TRIARC TANK is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative.Based in Dallas, Texas since our founding in 1933, TRIARC TANK provides high quality steel pressure vessels that primarily serve the energy (LPG) and agricultural markets.This position, reporting to the General Manager, will serve as a critical role on our team driving growth and developing our team and performance to meet our customers’ expectations. You will join an experienced sales team that is well respected throughout our industry. This will be a new position within our company as we are dedicated to the growth and retention of strong customer relationships through the development of our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong sales abilities.Responsibilities:Represents the company to the customer in inside sales and customer relationship-oriented activities including quoting and order entry.Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide product or service recommendations and solutions.Develop industry leading relationships with customers through active customer engagement and service to help grow our customer base.Maintain and strengthen customer sales initiatives while actively seeking opportunities resulting in overall sales growth.Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, negotiate sales contracts, and close deals.Target customer needs and present value add solutions to support key decision makers and customers.Maintain active pipeline report, new customer targets, and win/loss data.Assist with the outside sales team accounts and provide primary customer support regarding order status and delivery updates as needed.Monitor market conditions to promote data driven decisions leading to the growth of market share & customer value add within the assigned market.Actively engage and participate in customer visits, trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to represent and grow the TRIARC TANK organization & brand.Identify leads, prospects, set appointments (virtual & in-person), make effective/high impact sales calls, & manage the complete sales cycle.Assist customers with purchasing activities, inventory projections, market analysis, and current lead times.Proactively coordinate and clearly communicate order status updates to customers while working closely with manufacturing, operations, & distribution/logistics teams.Develop key customer purchasing trends in territory to maintain target to forecast and overall business monthly/quarterly/annual goals.Present weekly sales bookings/backlog/billings & customer activities supported by quantitative and qualitative documentation.Develop actionable countermeasures to overcome individual gaps in sales.Maintain strong core product knowledge and competitive intel to assist with actionable plans leading to the success of the commercial goals.Maintain customer pipeline development & management.Update all customer orders as needed to assist the outside sales team.Complete other special projects leading to the success of the business.Qualifications:WIN: by showcasing strong negotiation, selling, & closing skills.Knowledge of pressure vessels and/or LPG industry (preferred).Proven experience as a sales representative in the industry (preferred).High impact sales experience.Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, follow through, and organizational skills.Ability to work well & collaborate with the team.Self-motivated and internally driven to succeed and help the company grow.Proficient with pipeline management, sales management software & CRM.Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.Support of other outside sales representatives’ territory if/when needed.
